My 25 years of experience in the real estate industry have given me extensive knowledge of the local market. It has also helped to solidify my reputation for providing excellent customer service. I have successfully closed many different types of residential transactions representing both buyers and sellers. In addition to a detailed understanding of real estate contracts, I will guide you with patience, diligence, and integrity. I am a real estate broker, prior Chairman of the East Valley Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service Committee, and recipient of the 2008 East Valley Association of Realtors Presidential Award. I was awarded Realtor of the Year by this same association in 2009. I look forward to working with you in this most important endeavor.
